Adult Programs

Elite level coaches will walk you through our programs from day one. It doesn't matter if it's your first time trying anything athletic or you're a professional athlete, you will be able to get into a class and participate. At ACS Mixed Martial Arts Safety is our #1Priority. Our coaches make sure that all of our students can train and participate in the safest manner possible.

Jiu-Jitsu
Jiu jitsu is the art of learning to defend yourself without using strikes. (Punches/kicks) Using positions of leverage to control your opponent and learning submissions is the central concept.
Our Jiu Jitsu program is based on giving you the tools to become technical and competent in sport or self defense. We focus on building solid fundamentals that will allow you to have success at all levels of Jiu Jitsu, whether you are a Competitor, or a Hobbyist or just someone looking to get in shape and try something exciting and fun.
Making sure you are safe and are learning quickly is our priority and we do that through systematic training that is easy to follow and grow with. Stay active with a low impact training while building your confidence, self discipline and real-world proven techniques taught by respected Black Belts.

MMA Mixed Martial arts
Our MMA program is a combination of Grappling skills and Striking skills, combined for the most effective techniques that are proven to work in a combat or self defense environment.
Mixed Martial Arts is what you watch in the UFC but you don't have to get in the cage to realize the benefits of training a Mix of Martial Arts. As far as self defense goes, there is no dispute, the jury is out, nothing else even comes close to full MMA training. This will equip you to defend yourself like a professional. There is no guess work, our MMA system is broken down into components and then taught systematically and safely so that you can maximize your learning.
MMA is a killer workout and bar none the best form of empty hand self defense there is. Come experience growth with us and see how awesome this is.

Striking
Striking is the art of using strikes such as punches, kicks, elbows and knees to engage in self defense or sport combat.
We offer a comprehensive striking program that will bring forth your best and teach you cage and ring tested techniques that work from the highest level professional down to beginners. Learning fundamental skills from Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing will help you develop real world self defense and the confidence that comes from possessing tested and proven skills.
We systematically and safely break down the art of striking into components that give you a clear process to learn and develop with confidence. This will push your Cardio as well as your Mind as you learn alongside the constant physical workout.

Cardio Fitness Weightloss
If you're seeking better physical health you've come to the right place. Training any of our programs will have you pushing your muscles, working your abs, stretching every class and burning tons of calories. But the best part is you don't have to THINK about exercising. It just happens alongside learning and growing.
The trouble with traditional gyms is that you get bored and its often mindless and lacks mental stimulation so you end up dreading it or seeing it as a chore. Here at ACS you have a team that helps you and you enjoy seeing, you have a professional coach EVERYDAY that you train, who holds you accountable and pushes you at the right pace for you.
All this while you're learning something really cool, having fun. If you've been looking for a change, you just found it.

Grappling
Grappling is the total and complete art of self defense and sport combat that does not involve striking. (Punches/kicks) It encompasses Take downs, positions of control, all submissions and it uses elements of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo, and Sambo.
More and more people are beginning to refer to this as American Jiu Jitsu, the total hybrid Grappling system. Our Grappling system is designed to help you become the most competent and effective grappler for competition, and for self defense. You will learn submissions from head to toe in a safe and structured environment as well as how to control position and build your skillset from beginner to advanced or even professional.
This will be an amazing workout and mentally stimulating experience as you learn. Let us show you how easy it is to learn from a true professional.

Private Training
Our private training program is ideal for people who have very limited time schedules or those who just want the one on one expertise to help them grow at a faster rate.
We also offer group private training as well as seminars for groups or corporate events. You can work out with a coach at a time that you have scheduled and address any particular concerns you have personally to help you grow and become the strongest version of yourself.
Whether this is to prepare you for competition or help you get ready for the next belt promotion or just because you prefer the one on one environment over a classroom setting, we have options that will work for you.
Youth Programs

At ACS Mixed Martial Arts Safety is our #1 Priority! Our youth program is like none other in the area; we offer professional teaching and coaching from elite level professionals. Our coaches and curriculum are staged to prepare our kids to learn self defense all the way to becoming a competitor winning medals. We know that goals for each child and family may be different because each child is different and competing isn’t the goal for most. Some families use our training to supplement off seasons of their team sport to increase strength, agility and physical stamina, others come to us because team sports and athletics weren’t a good fit and some come looking for help with behavior. Whatever the reason we know that mixed martial arts and our programs have tremendous positive benefits for your child. Here are some of the benefits and skills that we know come with our training:
